"The hours are night turn and it seriously conflicts with personal life. There is absolutely no room to grow or be promoted. There are no bonus or true incentives. The union contract will expire at the end of March '10 and there may be major concessions such as wadge reduction and layoffs."

"Keep all submitted paper work in some kind of order. Allow the people who work the hardest to be rewarded in some way. Work harder to come up with other ways to become financially secure."
