"Focus on what you can do for them. Don't portray yourself as a nice guy they have no time for that. Emphasize production results and money saving efforts"

"This is the most fifedom driven culture I have seen. People guard their territory to the detriment of the mission just to look good or influence production numbers If you step over the property line...here comes the bus it makes you fair game to blame!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop micro managing the site managers. They are running retail stores so let the managers run them based on the conditions based on very diverse local situations"

"The only thing I liked about working at Pick n Pull were the great people I met."

"Everything! The managment was not supportive, the wage was terrible, and the benefits were not very good. The managers of the help desk knows nothing about the job or what they do."

"They need to train the managers on the departments they are overseeing. Management needs to be more supportive for workk/life balance. The pay needs to be increased and they need better benefits"
