"I’ve worked for PFCHANGS since 2018 and I find that it is a very structured organization. I really have to say that a lot of change happens in the company on a regular basis. Also, I was the Executive chef at Hardrock Cafe in Detroit, Michigan. Again another structured corporation. Working with the team was great, but changes happen all the time."
