"Overall, not a bad company to work for, the people were great, I have made many life-long friends through my experience with PBG."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be patient! Navigating the HR maze can be quite time consuming. It is best to network your way in through existing employees and avoid as much of the HR department as possible. There is a banded salary structure so there is little room to negotiate on salary, try to negotiate a sign-on bonus, they are one of the few companies that will give one if warranted. Good Luck!!!"

"Lack of customer focus. Management changes initiatives way too often, and often they push their agenda to meet their numbers, which may not necessarily be in the best interest of the customer. It leaves reps confused as to what the priorities truly are and very vulnerable to turnover."

"Keep it simple, focus on your customers and they will be loyal to a fault. Practice a little common sense when it comes to customer service."
