"Working from home. Company supplies equipment (but not gas, which is killer). Lots of freedom as long as your numbers are where they need to be."

"Some of the people are fantastic! Sales is sales. Need to continually hunt new business, and continually learn new products, as they come and go. The advertisers also come and go continually. No new business, you're out the door."
What don't you like about working at PennySaver?
"Not much contact with others (work from home), and the dog eat dog survival mentality - just because you have a territory, means clients you're working with are yours. Cannabilism."

"Rather than following the pack, be more creative and develop advertising tools, rather than offer same old thing with bigger price tag. Also, rather than offer to many diverse things, find one or two, specialize, make it extraordinary, i.e., focus on a winner."

"Mostly the new micromanage polices of the new ownership. The way the company is geared gives no time for selling which is what I am best at. I spend way too much time doing other things that most companies have in place to help sales people sell."
