"While I have deeply enjoyed this community, I am seeking a more focused position with less work/home overlap. (Church life incorporates family life.)"

"Given that I am the head of staff, my advice is probably directed towards myself. I would suggest greater clarity in expectation for self and others."

"Find the inner political circles and watch your back. Be prepared to be betrayed by those that call you brother and friend."

"Leadership very political and not understanding roles needed and how to support staff."

"Try to listen to your staff needs, don't play favorites with staff especially when it comes to ethics."
