What don't you like about working at Parker Hannifin?
Most talented workers would leave after they figure out what was going on concerning work ethics. Management would not address systemic issues. If you raised issues you were not part of the team. Outside process auditors were not effective. Process issues were significant; however, no findings were reported. Outside agencies were talked out of reporting significant issues.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Start listening to employees that can make a difference. Stop protecting long term employees who don't add any value and are part of the problem.
