"Parker is a good company overall, however, as a middle manager, they let valuable people go as the bottom line fluctuated."
"Parker creates a positive culture with focus on high performing teams. They also understand that people have lives outside of work, and provide much flexibility. ConsParker’s corporate structure can create confusion and cause duplication of efforts for very similar initiatives. It takes time to understand everything Parker can do."

"Good Place to work for Engineering jobs"
"Parker was a fun and educational place to work."
"Parker is a huge corporation and seems intent on bringing their manufacturing operations into the 21st-century. Management seems to be a little top-heavy and unaware of the efforts put forth by the workers on the floor. The current morale among shop personnel is very low due to layoffs and a perceived feeling of replaceability."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make things more streamlined, more comfortable, change the damn music. Get better training and process information."
"I was hired onto Parker after quitting my other job through CDI Corp. I was poorly instructed from day 1. I arrived on time to work every single day. After two weeks I got sick, but still came into work. For three days in a row I was told by my supervisor that I should go home so others would not get sick, and this happened three days in a row. After that I came in Monday and Tuesday, just like normal the week after, and Wednesday I was informed that I was too slow, they axed me."
