"The bad choices people make."

What do you like about working at Papa Murphy's?

"It was nice working with the people under me and the customers were, for the most part, very nice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself."

What don't you like about working at Papa Murphy's?

"Their choices for managers were extremely bad as I could have done their jobs myself much better and did do better in their absences."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Owners and district managers need to investigate how their managers are doing better and when promoting, they need to make sure the managers know what they are doing. Both managers I had to work under had extremely bad attitudes. The first one knew how to do the job, but did not do it. The second one did not have a clue how to do his job and constantly asked me how to do it."
