"Actually, I worked as an on-site TPM for Microsoft via Pactera. So I can't say how's the work like in Pactera, but the Recruiters are very nice and reliable to connect me with the opportunity."

"Reasonable work with no real opportunity to improve. They also try to trick foreign workers to working without a green card as long as they can."

"Working imbedded @ Microsoft, as a vendor, it was frustrating. My work was primarily computer software OS install and verification. It appeared, that the more Pactera got involved with what was happening at Microsoft, the less I liked the job. When I asked to have the day off so I could visit the doctor for a medical checkup I was informed I had to train my replacement and that the contract would end up on my leaving. I trained my replacement. And I left."
