"I don't care for the techniques of the new management in trying to reinvent something that was already running like a charm. The job insecurity that was introduced with the corporate buyout is a bummer, as well."

"Treat your sales guys with respect; involve them in decision making...we know the market and the clients; getting a $20 - $40,000 pay cut because of corporate unknowns, who don't know the business, is NOT the way to keep valuable and LOYAL employees who have served you for years and years...kind of gives the feeling of being thrown under the bus by your dear old grandad... yep... THAT much FUN."
