I had no complaint about this job because It made me grow as an individual and admire US Soldiers and families. It was sad to see how many families need some type of emotional help after going thru deployments and casualties in their families."

"Be knowledgeable about non profit and community outreach. Experience in solar is not required."

"I didn't like that there wasn't much room for advancement."

"Continue bringing the culture to more GRID Alternatives offices throughout California and beyond."

"This was a job which allowed me to train in an exciting field and meet so many dedicated people."
What do you like about working at Mercy Hospital?
"I was able to shape the job to fit the input I received from volunteers as to what they liked/didn't like about trainings, etc. There was a great deal of flexibility and new ideas. I wrote and received grants there, learning on the job, which was most enjoyable."
