"Management micro-manages. There is no vision or direction. Most people in management don't know what they are doing and are lacking the intelligence needed."

"Stop micro managing. Treat people with some respect. Create some vision and direction in the company."

"1 listen to the agents better, 2 don't always jump to conclusions, 3 need to train the new agents better. And Lastly don't steal from the companies incentive programs."
