"Short sighted management, limited market opportunities within group, limited growth opportunities for professional improvement, & group direction more focussed on putting consultants in seats than building reusable solutions, opening up to a broader market, & solving problems from the top down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Butt in the seat positions are short sighted. Putting people next to decision makers and focussing on reusable solutions is a more forward thinking approach"

"My colleagues were great. I like the challenging clients always forcing me to think out of the box. Exciting and ever changing!"

"A lot of discrimination and hanky panky Old fashioned in management ideas, No honesty in communicating with lower level employees."

"Get some training. Don't just decide on people based on internal buddy system. Foreign managers consider people other than just those from same country."
