"be prepared to hand for ten or more hours completeing the same task week in and wek out. If you become hurt be prepared to be fired or layed off. If someone in your family needs your attention be prepared for it to wait until you have worked your hours for the day. 4:00 in morning til 3:00 in afternoon or 3:00 in afternoon until 2:00 in the morning. The hours are unreal. This includes some holidays and many weekends."

"the company is about push push push and then we'll think abou our employees. huge turnover rate."

"the job is not everything. get a life. money is not everything. listen to your employees and value the long hours they put in for you away from their families and loved ones."
