"I learned more about the flow controller MFCs, liquid flow controller LFC, and vacuum controllers CDG. The crew consisted of great hard workers and plenty of overtime."

"Make sure that you have some type of electronic background or any experience with flow controllers or semiconductor experience."
What don't you like about working at Brooks Instrument?
"The unstable amount of work in which some weeks we would have 30+ hours of OT and some weeks there would be no work which is why I was laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Plan to order their parts in advance to better prepare for work flow so they don't run out of parts."

"The company was mismanaged and therefore shut down soon after I left for school."

"What you get for your negotiation is what you get the rest of your life, regardless this company is known for outstanding lay off, only top layer management is unmatch the rest."

"This is the system, the business model is to have CEO compensation 350 time worker, this drives the company to an end, got to change business model first, before improve management practice."
