"The company process needs refining as it takes up much time that is unnecessary. You can obviously see what's taking up much time but no one does anything about it. Another thing is there is not a lot of room for career advancement. When you start at an entry level position, you'll still likely be in that position even after a couple of years."
"There's no room for career growth here because of too much micromanaging. You won't be able to utilize your skills and talents because they are put to waste. The management would tell you what to do and how they want it done. If you won't follow exactly as they say, you would be reprimanded. I feel I am wasting precious years in working here which I could have spent to another company who would appreciate my capabilities and where I can grow and advance my career. I do not recommend working here."
