"There wasn't anything to dislike. It was a very small company that was a family enviroment. Unfortunately the declining economy has made it very difficult for alot of businesses to stay a float."

"The office I worked for was not really open to much. State Farm as a whole is probably a really good company and offers a lot of training. The office I was in was not a good example."

"I liked hands-on customer service, and helping my customers with their needs."

"Give it your all. The company as a whole is good. Hopefully, you will luck out and end up with a good agent."

"The office I was in was not one of the best that they have. The agent was not open to much and pushed customers too much. I was not comfortable with her customer service tactics."

"Give the customers what they need and make sure they are happy. Also, make sure your employees are happy."

"I had the opportunity to advance myself quickly and was able at times to express my opinoins that would better my employer. I enjoyed the up past enviroment."

"Auction day and the day afert is very hectic and a fast past enviroment. Anyone appling for an auction must be a multI tasker, detail oriented and on your feet many hours."

"get everything spelled out in writing concerning advancement opportunities."

"The fact that I have been told I will not be able to advance within the company, Tuition reimbursement is listed in the benefit package, however only a chosen few are allowed to utilize it.Then there is the issue of being threatened and harassed by another employee on more than a regular basis and nothing ever seems to be done about it."

"do more to eliminate a hostile work environment"
