"The internal politics. The lack of positive culture and the resistance to improving and building a positive culture. They never worked to provide a balance to build trust throughout the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop being closed minded. Work with and take suggestions from employees on improving culture and processes. Look for win-win compromise as opposed to who can we screw now!"
