What do you like about working at Merritt Hawkins?
"The Nursing Staff was very professional overall. The critical care department and obstetrics were state of the art. I worked in Human Resources for over a year. I was asked to work as a nurse recruiter and learned a lot about what information is allowed to be asked and what to do with negative information that was brought to you. My recommendations were valued there."

"To treat employees with respect"

"Good benefits, good hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and I enjoy the clients"

"HR need to develop a questionnaire with a answer key so all interviewing supervisors could follow/per job duties."

"My supervisor her work ethics are not good. I have to go through too many supervisors to get my job done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To listen to their staff. come up with a plan of action to meet the employee's goal. We have been asking for a group meeting to share our concerns and that has not came to play as of yet."

"The wellness plan could have been the primary leader in the HMO sector today if they had focus more on The wellness Plan as a business, manage their finances ,patient retention/ satisfaction diffrently and monitored their goverment contacts closely."
