What do you like about working at Wesley Medical Center?
"I learned more working at Wesley about myself and my career than I have anywhere I've worked. I worked on the Trauma Surgical floor. This floor taught me patience, how to handle very personal, delicate situations in the most professional and compassionate manor. I truly enjoyed this job."

"You have to have a strong and compassionate personality to work here. Don't bother to apply if you don't."

"This position can be tough on your heart, you have to learn to not take your job home with you."

What do you like about working at Joint Commission?
"Working as a team with a Physician and Administrator and the many opportunities to share what I learned from others. It was not always easy, especially when confrontations arose, but most often corporate supported my decisions."

"They were good to me. I have no complaints."

"Things have changed so I am not sure how they operate. Perhaps at least annual direct observation of each employee during the survey process."

"I started out as a charge nurse,n moved up to case manager ,compensation was great,benefits way to expensive I had to opt out,great place to wrkt, very open to help with balance of wrk and home,I became a widow and they where the greastest ppl and understanding"
