"Be yourself, be natural, but know that if you want to make a career there, it is very unlikely. You can learn depending on what you put in. Fun company to work for but not until retirement."
What don't you like about working at Nongshim America?
"English was not the primary language, it was Korean. Hard to be a part of conversation and discussion when I did not know the language."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improving on what the companies goal is. Most of my co-workers did not know what they had to do everyday, they just went with the flow. Leadership is needed gratelly."
