"Management does not care about the employees. Employees are viewed as disposable. HR department is weak and offers no support to the employees. Managers tend to use 50's style leadership."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace them. They will end up getting the company in trouble for violating some sort of labor law or creating a hostile work environment."

"Management is very flexible and the open door policy is unbiased."

"The growth opportunity is unstable and currently management has no solid communication."

"Increase communication within the management staff and have its leaders be more involve within the operations."

"The environment/team work, when coordinating between supervisor (controller), Data Entry Keyer who was my coworker and the handling agents to better communicate concerning the application of the contract rates set up between the company I was working for and their vendors. It also allowed me greatly to excel in data entry, analising/calculating charges"

"To meet with the actual staff you will be working with and have an opportunity to know each other."

What don't you like about working at Network Global Logistics?

"Nothing, it was a challenger for me as most employees were seniors and had a very very close relationship with each other. I was trying to adjust to that environment, by remaining focus to my daily assignments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I enjoy working with companies that are structured and each department broken down, just as I experiences with Network Global Logistics. For example, the accounting department had various members, each with separate functions and tasks, such as A/P, Ledger, data entry, air carrier auditing agent, transportation auditing agent, warehouse auditing agent, besides the supervisor above my supervisor and the branch manager."

"Work can be sporadic. Start-up business."

"Company politics, I hate that you have to do what one person says only because you are affraid of them. When in reality all you have to do is make your suggestion and you will get one of two outcomes either they will like it and go with it or not like it and choose another action that works for them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't hire people because they look good on paper, personality and people skills account for a large portion of interacting weather it's over the phone or in person. No one want to be around people who don't have personality or people skills."
