"Unorganized Sanford treat MBA interns like trash"

What do you like about working at Newell Rubbermaid?

"It was my first product marketing role."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT DO IT... unless you are planning on a short career, are lazy, and don't care if you get back stabbed daily. I didn't learn a thing at Sanford except for what not to do."

What don't you like about working at Newell Rubbermaid?

"The 2 Brand Managers that I worked for were unavailable, did not provide any direction to what I was to be doing, condescending, unfriendly, unorganized, little industry experience, and cold. I would not wish Sanford on my worst enemy. They practice frequent back stabbing to their so-workers. They are fake. In addition, upper management frequently changed, thus everyone was always afraid. I use to manage a staff of 20 before being an intern here. I graduated with a 3.9 MBA -from DePaul. I'm smart and motivated. They didn't use me to my full abilities. They didn't use themselves to their own full abilities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a program for the MBA interns before they come into the office. The people that managed me didn't know what they should be doing let alone what an experienced MBA candidate should be doing."
