"I liked everything about this dealership, didn't want to leave but I got married and she wanted to move closer to family."

"Don't come into a meeting kick, scream and yell. Then expect for your team to go out and perform at a high level."

"There is not a chance of advancement. I would like to progress my career further."

"Trust in your people. Micro-managing can lead to bad practices. If you hire the right people, then you can trust they will do the right work. Coach and Lead, don't threaten and destroy."
