"It was a great company in a growth stage. My manager and team were phenomenal. Had another opportunity not presented itself, I might still be there, today."

"There were extreme growing pains while I was there...I made the decision to work elsewhere and accepted a larger salary."

"Work/Life balance. Everyone is expected to go home at 5 every day."

"Talk about how overcoming objections is a strong suite of yours, and how cold-calling is not a bad deal."

"My work got a little too routine."

"Give customer service employees a more hands on approach to sales function so they can see what it takes to get a new customer and keep current customers."
