"Once I upgraded and stabilized the entire organization (13 sites), all that was left to do was support the Internet Cafe's. Within two years I had automated the recovery process for all the PCs, and the servers seldom had problems. There were no challenges left, no budget for training, and being a non-profit the salary was not spectacular."
