"Low compensation, under-educated colleagues, unfulfilling job content, no organization when doing projects."

"Hire more knowledgeable people instead of what it feels like, high school dropouts."

"The group I am in now has no stress and is laid back."

"If you're going to be working in a call center, just remember they pay more than anyone else I have found for talking to customers."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?
"I can not complain about work freedom. I can take breaks and lunch when I want, and if I need a day off it's not a problem to get. Even changing hours is not an issue."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take more interest in the employees, and show them that Verizon cares for there well-being. Management is pretty good to work in, but some of the craft jobs are to be desired."
