3.1 NetMotion Wireless is founded upon a strong VPN product called Mobility. They are currently growing into additional market segments with their newer product Locality. The company has a very old style of management and development practices in place, but is slowly transitioning to more modern practices.

4.5 I have been with NetMotion Wireless for over 3 years now. The software is fantastic! I have a great relationship with my Regional Sales Manager and my immediate Manager. The Tech Support crew is above average and the Development team is one of the best I've ever worked with. We have amazing close rate once we get the customer to evaluation because of our process that we use in the South Central.
