"There is a lack of continuity with the processes and information the people on the floor have. I would make it more cohesive."
"I have worked for Nationwide for almost 7 years now. We will often hear that the company has a heart. This sounds cheesy, but I think it's true. The people that I have worked with and how much the associates care and want to help customers is amazing. Unfortunately, they pay less than other companies. It's said the great culture makes up for the pay difference you would make somewhere else."
