"There are a lot of changes at Verizon and a lot of cutbacks. It looks like the opportunities that have existed there for many years will be put on hold for a while."

"Keep developing your people and making sure they have the tools they will need to succeed in the new business that you are creating."

"When I was asked to lead the sales team there was a lot of uncertainty about the direction of the company and who was going to lead it."

"It's been a long time since I have worked there and don't know who the management is any longer."
