"Many professional and competent employees that work very hard at their jobs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Pay very careful attention to the financial health of any company you interview for. Getting a job for any company in financial trouble is incredibly stressful, but sometimes is the best way to move up. Just be aware of what you are getting into."

What don't you like about working at PRIMEDIA?

"When I was still there, Management of the Auto Performance Group were continually re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. If you do not suck up to the right person, your chair was thrown overboard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They have already divested themselves of the Petersen acquisition, which was a huge money looser for every company that has aquired that business group. Putting the Petersen management in charge of previously profitable Primedia titles was moronic management, and cost them dearly."
