"We were trained as customer service reps but treated as sales reps. I believe we could've done better had we been given proper training."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just because someone enrolls more students doesn't mean that their best fit for a management position. How they get a long with their teammates, time managment skills, should be taken into consideration. Also, too many mangers quit after being promoted. Thats not a good thiing to see as an advisor. When the captain jumps ship people get nervous about the stability of the business."
