"The lack of consistency regarding how Softare Project Managers were treated. The Rochester versus Schenectady office varied wildly for the most part. The Rochester employs were often treated like red headed step children."

"Provide support for software project managers with upper management rather than throwing them to the wolves by working with teams to understand the real and possible issues before releasing a product or service."

"Consider have three levels of staff - current product support, new product development/engineeering, infrastructure development/support. One group of engineers to handle all three levels simultaneously burns everyone out and makes key projectsprograms late"
