"This was just a temp job through temporary agency. I worked their for about 3 months and I liked what I used to do."

"Don't go... stay in bed."

What don't you like about working at Motorola Solutions?

"Constantly booted off of the in-house wireless network when trying to perform engineering tasks. Managers who have head-up-the-ass attitude toward getting things done. No decent training, sink or swim environment. As a contractor, pay really sucks... the worst! If you're trying to support a family, forget it."

"Bring back the good 'ole days."

"Although I worked for Motorola as a contractor my professional goal has been to work for Motorola, it is a great company. Great products and is recognized nationwide."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a great company I once worked and if given the opportunity again I will accept the offer. Keep in mind that Motorola has a POPI (This is the proprietary person that inspects that you are not leaving paperworks around your desk)."

What don't you like about working at Motorola Solutions?

"I would prefer to work directly for Motorola and not as a contractor if given the opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In management we are the examples, managers needs to interact and mentor the employees to develop more leaders, and promote more of the TEAM environment."
