"I worked for the company for almost a decade. The mission is to make a difference every day and I believe that most of the employees feel this way and work towards this. Unfortunately, it is difficult to move up. They have lost many great employees due to poor middle management. It is a pretty good company and is located in a beautiful part of the country, but if you want to grow and advance it may not be the right place for you."
"It is a Healthcare company that puts the customer as a priority. It is a medium-large hospital that covers the Black Hills area with satellite offices up to 100 miles away. The team I was on was very understaffed and we constantly had to add more responsibilities so deadlines were almost unobtainable."
