"It was a very good company but it got bought by a competitor and then they decided to shut it down."
"Great history, great people but processes and ideology from a business standpoint is a bit outdated. The company tries hard to blend the Japanese and American working cultures together but not nimble enough for basic decision making which delays things to a point where we lose business."

"Plant manager was released in September, no structure in management. We still haven't replace her position as of yet. we have an acting Plant Manager."
