Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They now do better job with interviews than what I started. STAR, situation, task, action, response. google good interview techniques and practice before you start. oh yes review the reimbursement policy and get answers in writing before you make plans or spend money on travel. They are picky on what is reimbursed or not."

"medical/other benefits are lacking in cost ratio, benefits do not seem great, compensation lags behind market values, they hire people on VISAs before paying market value for US citizen engineers, does not promote diversity of race and gender in management personnel in various areas, management are not people friendly, if you have a degree from Rose Hulman you are on the fast-tack to promotions"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take people skills classes, hire managers with people skills, take values-based management classes, don't judge people based on their race, nationality or gender, promote people with diversity and performance, not just people who come from Rose Hulman"
