"Once I reached my full potential in handling the trafficking and print production process, I was unable to grow further from that position in any aspect."

"I don't know the new management. The owner/operator that I worked for sold the business."

"The people were nice, but the job just was not going to work for me."

"Mr. McKeon was very willing to work with my school schedule to a degree. But when school obligations began to be more frequent, they were less and less willing to work with me. School meant everything to me. I knew that Minuteman Press was just a job, not a career. I had to leave them in the name of finishing the degree I had been working hard on for years."

"The work was very limited and mundane."

"The pay needs to be comparable to other jobs doing the same kind of work in the area. Minuteman Press's pay was very low."
