"I’ve worked for MCC for less than a year. The student-facing staff are great, but the organization lacks structure and effectiveness because turnover is high. Instructors clearly care about their students. Requesting money or equipment for work projects is difficult. Maintaining a work-life balance is also difficult. Inconsistent communication inside and out."
