"I've been here since 2010. We have been recognized as a top place to work in the area four years running. Senior management is very competent and can be considered visionaries in the industry. Compensation is average, but the perks are top notch. 401k is a throwback to pre-recession days and the bonuses are in line with the ones you would get from much larger corporations."
