"It is all dependent on how good your manager is."

"It is so big and complex that is hard to get professional growing. Maybe my role doesn't allow to realize my full potential, as the slogan said."

"Have more focus on direct reports. I feel like nobody cares, and you are just a number."

"Management is very cold and robotic. There is a lot of favoritism and discrimination between the 10+ year veterans and the newer employees. It is overly competitive, and common sense is lacking."
