Commercial Real Estate Sales

What do you like about working at MGR Real Estate?

"It can be a true springboard for new agents breaking into the Commercial Real Estate world. There was a mentor program in place for new agents. Training to become familiar with the Top-Gun, high stakes business. A lot of time was shared by the broker owner to motivate the staff and train. These sessions truly separated those that thought they had what it took to be a success and those that did not. Great competitive atmosphere. Company supplied all needed office space, supplies and coaching freely."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Could be a great fit for the experienced candidate. As in any new experience you get out what you put in. If expecting a fast paced and continued learning environment great place work."

What don't you like about working at MGR Real Estate?

"To take a novice deeply into commercial sales, most would benefit from prior , formal training and certification in the Commercial business. The software packages and business ethics should be pre developed. Too much room for errors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mentoring is great concept but most learn more when small goals are initially set, achieved, evaluated and rewarded. You have to have a way to inspect what you expect from staff."
