"The room for growth, they could do a better job of helping employees 'move up' (promotions) within the company. POLITICS, just like at other companies, your success will sometimes depend on who you know and not what you can do!PAY, the entry level pay is good but the long term pay is NOT. Not much raises after you've reached a certain level in most areas. This depends in what type of union and department you are in."

"The scheduling was very bad. We had a lot of unnecessary late trip do to bad scheduling."

"I worked building the Metro Station at Riverdale Md. with Moseman Construction Co. liked it very well . Built the parking stucture and the tunnell work at bothends of the station."

"I enjoyed my job assignments, the people I worked with and for very much. The pace was varied, not always high-pressure or no pressure. I was able to show some initiative and make suggestions. Benefits came through Bridges and Tunnels and my union."
