Working daily issues to find resolution and implement solutions that solve the issues of today and create efficiencies for future production utilizes a team environment and builds workplace unity. What do you like about working at Mack Trucks?
"Had the chance to travel domestically and internationally. Got to work with people from many different countries and cultures."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go for a management position, try to get as much as you can upfront. Be aware that it is a big international company and you will have to be very flexible working within many different people and culture types."
What don't you like about working at Mack Trucks?
"Too many different systems that didn't interact well with each other. Volvo took advantage of the North American work ethic and didn't seem too concern above scarificing peoples jobs when times got tight."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Standardize upon a good working system and make it the only one to use domestically and globally. Stop middle manager from creating fiefdom through the invention of system they only use and understand. Create more commonality in how you work and analyze results."
