"I have worked for Merit Electric since July 2021. They have been honest with me and the transition into the company was smooth. I am on salary so they expect long hours on the site. There have been times I needed time off to see the doctor or other and it has not been an issue. The travel can really get to some guys being away from home but I adapted quite easily. Overall, this has been a good experience, I have lost 8 inches off my waist and over 30 lbs. lost overall. So, it's been good for my health as well. My only complaint is the money vs the responsibility."
