"I started working for Meridian in 2019 and I really enjoyed the people I worked with. In the construction field there is a high turnover rate and faces came and getting to know people got harder. The job we were working on was 2-3 hours from Tucson and they expected everyone to work 10 hours drive home and came back the next day and do it all over again. There are a lot of pluses about Meridian but also a lot of minuses, I would recommend this being a last choice of employment unless you like being over worked."
"New company going through growing pains."
