"Be yourself. This company loves when people come in with a different point of view."
What don't you like about working at The Disney Store?
"The opportunity for advancement is a bit slim. There are a lot of people who love to work here, so in a sense there are a lot of people here with experience and knowledge I can learn from, but at the same time won't budge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I love the management here. My manager gives me room to breathe and doesn't micromanage me, which is great. I love it when people can depend on me to get the job done."
What do you like about working at Neiman Marcus?
"I like my associates and that's really all. The work is boring and mundane."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's perfect for someone who doesn't mind working on commission or someone who has no desire to be promoted."
What don't you like about working at Neiman Marcus?
"They like to re-invent the wheel often; they are very counterproductive and management lacks leadership."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have more focus on people and a healthy work-life balance. People first, and everything else follows."

What do you like about working at Rich's Department Store?
"Rich's Department Store was owned and operated Federated Department Stores. Federated has one of the largest umbrella brands in mall retail, thoroughly enjoyed working for Rich's department stores but unfortunately the Rich's brand was dissolved in late 2003 and is now known as Macy's."
What do you like about working at Ralph Lauren?
"I enjoyed being a liason between the Warnaco and the Department Stores. A collaboration. THANKS!"

"Always put your best sales foot forward. Sales and customer service are a key part to this companies success."

"Every job has challenges - I see challenges as was to improve upon what a company is doing right and things that would work better in the field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest more meeting for the field traning staff. A lot of valuable brand knowledge happens in the field that could be applied directly to the latest collection."

"Think if you are looking for a career or just a job. Macy's is not the company you would want a career with."

"I can't say anything negtive about this job, because it was great for while I was in school."
