"Release of duties to the lead in the department, which was myself. More trust in leads in the department to do their job."

"I would maybe pay a bit better, offer more incentives, regular raises."

"There is a great feeling of community amount most of the co-workers who work together as a team. Do not expect job growth or training."

"Supervisor not willing to be flexible or understanding or my personal life, had to share an office with a co-worker who clearly did not want me there and was trying to sabotage me,"

"Be more involved with my employees, create a more inviting work environment, provide a place to eat and socialize during lunch and breaks"

"Not happy after 22 years they are ending my job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Beware. While you are looking at a career and are told loyalty is important, only your loyalty to them is important not their loyalty to you. Even if you have given your best years to them and done excellent work to the tune of producing the work of two full-time employees in the end your loyalty means nothing - when they are done with you, you are out the door without much notice and treated as if you really mean nothing for all the loyalty you have given."
What don't you like about working at Ochsner Medical Center?
"After 22 years of loyalty my job is ending through no fault of my own but because administration has decided to get rid of my department. I have loved working at Ochsner. My intention was to work my whole career with this organization. Feel very betrayed and like I am being tossed out like trash."

"I would reward employees who are loyal and not get rid of them."
