"They do not offer health insurance which in this day and age is a necessity!!!!"

"Sometimes I suggest more efficient ways to complete a task if I discover them. But as far as their management skills they are on top of things and do a great job."

"The is no opportunity for advancement. I only make $27,000/year. Bonuses promised every quarter but has only beeen followed through on by management once."

"Follow through on your bonus program because not following through on it makes you look like you don't keep your word and value your employee's."
